Your Guiding Principles
We can create guiding principles either across your entire business, or for an individual project you’re working on.
Business principles
Up to 10 principles based around what you do, why you do it, and how you do it. Kind of like a manifesto for your business.
Project roadmap
A condensed project summary of no more than 3 pages. This is a top level document you can use to agree on the main objectives and delivery principles of your proejct before you crack on.

Step 2:
Option A: Looking for Business Principles?
Based on what we covered in your discovery session, I’ll create a 2 hour workshop, delivered either online or in person, where I can dig deep into your business journey, and get you to spill the tea on your brand.
Option B: Want me to join your strategy meeting?
If you want me to sit in on an in person strategy meeting, we’ll book a call to confirm the details, and go over how things are going to work ahead of the big day.
I’ll come along to your meeting, taking notes as I go and making sure I understand the key components of your strategy. If you’re comfortable with me doing so, I can interject during the meeting itself, asking for clarification around key points that are integral to the strategy or the project. But don’t worry, we can go over all of that together before the meeting itself.
Step 3: 7 days later…
One week after our workshop/your meeting, I’ll send over the first draft for you to take a look over, with two rounds of amends included in the service.
