How it works…
Step 1: Let’s chat
Hit the link below to arrange a quick discovery chat, where you can tell me all about your business and what you want from your refresh.
During your onboarding, I’ll create your own portal in ClickUp to share updates, first drafts and project milestones, so you can see where we are in your project whenever you like.
Step 2: Your Guiding Principles
We’ll start with these as they’re super valuable when it comes to creating all the other assets we need for your refresh.
We’ll meet up for a couple of hours to take a deep dive into your business so I can unearth and articulate your guiding principles.
Step 3: Web Copy
Once those are sorted, we’ll move onto your web copy. We’ll have another meeting to talk about this specifically, to find out which 5 pages you need updating, and the specific pain points around your website.
Step 4: Storytelling
After we’ve taken web copy off your plate, we’re nearly in the home straight of your refresh. Next we’ll work out which stories you want to capture in your new brand. We’ll craft a plan of action so that I can speak to the right people within your business, and write up their stories to share with your audience.
Step 5: Social Posts
Now that everything is in place with your refresh, it’s time to start telling people about it. I’ll finish off by writing you a bank of 20 social media posts to kickstart that consistency around your new branding.
I’ll draw from all of the topics and themes that have been highlighted across your refresh to create written posts and captions that engage your audience and get them pouring over your updated brand.
